Great care has been taken in the planning of Mercury NoDa to embrace the ethos of the NoDa comunnity as well as protect the environment. This development will follow guidelines set forth by the US Green Building Council to obtain LEED Certification in many areas of the project.

Phase one includies 28 affordable residences on the second and third floors with commercial space on the street level. A two story parking deck will accomdate 130 vehichles - plenty of parking for residents and retail.

Phase two includes a six story building with a courtyard, five levels of residential space, street level retail and two levels of parking underground.
