Leading the Cottingham-Chalk / Bissell-Hayes team is Sheryl Hallow, a seasoned and highly successful broker with years of construction and development experience. Sheryl most recently headed the marketing of Oakleaf Town home community. She was involved from the conception of the project - participating in architect review, interior design and selections coordinator, and served as the construction liaison. Sheryl’s knowledge of the development process as well as homebuyer expectations helped make Oakleaf a huge success. Sheryl and her support staff have also handled marketing, advertising and special events for Latta Pavilion, Magnolia Place, and 511 Queens.

In addition, Sheryl’s clients rely on her new construction expertise when working with other developers such as Grubb Properties, Boulevard Centro, Novare Group, Spectrum Properties and many more.
