The Mercury NoDa development team embraces the effort to build with standards and practices that are required to be certified by the US Green Building Council as a LEED Certified building. Learn more at www.usgbc.org.

Here are a just a few ways we are being green:

• Stormwater run-off is handled above basic city requirements to have a lower impact on streams and water tables.
• Heating and Air equipment is more efficient than code requirements.
  
• Recycling chutes will be built in.
  
• Many of the interior and exterior materials will be sourced as locally as possible and will come from renewable resources.
  
• Proximity to public transportation will enable residents to cut down on driving
